Its impossible for me to be completely objective when reviewing a meal I've cooked myself, but I have to say, tonight's tuna casserole was way better than the last one I cooked, and that one rocked!
What was different? I used more cheese (yellow cheddar this time, and a little asiago) and I remembered the cream of mushroom soup. I actually almost forgot the cream of mushroom soup, which would have been ironic because I had just gone out and bought some for this particular meal. Luckily I remembered omitting it only five minutes after putting the casserole in the oven.
This is the recipe I used, with a few minor tweaks.
UPDATE: The leftovers taste good too!

I'm cooking this one again tonight - half the recipe, and I added a tiny amount of shredded carrots.
