Chicken with Herbs Provence

This chicken came out really delicious. I marinated it overnight with some olive oil and "Herbs de Provence", with a little bit of salt, pepper, and fresh lemon juice mixed in.

I placed it in a hot pan to sear the chicken and keep the juices locked in.
