Roughy with Beets, Rice, and Broccoli

This dinner came out really good!

The beets took about twenty minutes to cook at a medium boil. The broccoli steamed up in about five minutes. The rice was cooked in the rice cooker, and the roughy took about 6 minutes, three minutes on each side. To prepare the roughy, I soaked it in egg, then coated it with seasoned breadcrumbs. Yummy!
