Tonight I'm making flounder with broccoli, rice, and potatoes. Its going to be delicious!
I've been making some really good potatoes lately - organic red fingerlings pan fried in garlic-infused olive oil and butter. That should go well with the flounder recipe I'm using; its a butter-laden crock of joy.
This dish came out awesome! How could I go wrong with a ton of butter?
