Addie's, Let's Eat!

Last night my sister and I went to Addie's, Let's Eat! on the Rockville Pike. I'd seen it plenty of times and it definitely looked interesting, but I didn't get the total impulse to go until I had dined at Black Market, loved it, and then learned that people behind Black Market are also responsible for Addie's.

The Restaurant

From the outside decor / architecture and the location, I was expecting something a little more casual, especially in comparison to Black Market. In fact, the interior of Addie's is very cozy, private, and intimate.

The Staff

Our waiter was polite, well-spoken, and informed about the menu. He was a little too attentive, but definitely not annoying or invasive.

Maybe he seemed to enjoy his job a little too much, though.

Our Meals

I had a Caesar salad to start and the soft-shell crab with polenta for my entre. My sister had a tomato salad appetizer and the salmon for her appetizer. The bread was also super delicious and we split a bottle of wine.

The Price

I believe the total price for the meal was over $100, which was definitely worth it, but more than I expected.
