Grosvenor Market, a great little food mart nearby where I live, was having a special on hot peppers so I bought a bunch to make salsa with. I love salsa, and find the good stuff is expensive, so I like to make it myself from time to time.
This time I used the peppers, tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and of course lots of cilantro!
I plan on adding some roasted garlic and some more spices.
